Wenn möglich, wird FOLD Reformer Sie mindestens zwei Wochen vor der Lieferung benachrichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie mehr Flexibilität bei der Organisation geeigneter Vorkehrungen für die Ankunft Ihres FOLD Reformers haben.

Kanalinseln

Unsere Mission ist es, Reformer Pilates zugänglicher zu machen. Deshalb liefern wir auch auf die Kanalinseln ohne zusätzliche Kosten. Der einzige kleine Vorbehalt ist, dass wir Sie bitten, drei zusätzliche Wochen zu unseren geschätzten Lieferzeiten für das britische Festland einzurechnen. Z.B. 8 Wochen würden 10 Wochen sein. Wenn Sie zum Kauf bereit sind, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte direkt.

Verpackung für Ihren FOLD Reformer

Nach Rückmeldungen aus unserer Community haben wir kürzlich eine verbesserte Verpackung eingeführt, um den Start mit Ihrem Reformer zu Hause wesentlich reibungsloser zu gestalten. Ihr FOLD Reformer wird nun in einem sehr stabilen, verstärkten Karton geliefert, um sicherzustellen, dass das Bett während des Transports in makellosem Zustand bleibt.

Lieferung des STUDIO Reformers

Jeder STUDIO Reformer verlässt uns in einer maßgeschneiderten Holzkiste, die nicht als Verpackung, sondern als Schutz konstruiert wurde, der der darin enthaltenen Ausrüstung würdig ist. Es ist ein kleines Detail, das Sie nur einen Moment lang bemerken werden, aber so stellen wir sicher, dass Ihr Reformer genau so ankommt, wie er uns verlassen hat: makellos, durchdacht und bereit für jahrelanges Training.

Allein in den letzten 12 Monaten haben wir über 7.000 Bäume in Kenia gepflanzt ... und wir hören hier nicht auf, wir haben 5 Bäume für jede FOLD Reformer Bestellung gepflanzt, einschließlich Ihrer! Lieferbedingungen

Fehlgeschlagene Lieferung: Sollte ein Zustellversuch erfolglos sein, werden wir einen weiteren erneuten Zustellversuch unternehmen. Jede weitere erneute Zustellung danach wird zusätzliche Kosten verursachen.

Auftrags-Haltefrist: Sobald ein Liefertermin feststeht, können wir Ihre Bestellung nicht länger als zwei Wochen ab dem ersten angebotenen Termin halten. Wenn wir Ihre Bestellung länger als 2 Wochen halten müssen, fällt eine Haltegebühr von 5 % an.

VERSAND

Einzelhandelsbestellungen werden innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen nach dem Kauf per Royal Mail verschickt.

Die Versandkosten sind wie folgt:

  • 48 Stunden Royal Mail Tracked - £3.99
  • 24 Stunden Royal Mail Tracked - £4.99
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99

Sobald Ihre Bestellung bearbeitet wurde, erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit Ihrer Sendungsverfolgungsnummer.

Gelegentlich versenden wir große Einzelhandelsbestellungen (wie Yogamatten) per Kurier. Sie werden benachrichtigt, falls dies bei Ihrer Bestellung der Fall ist.

FOLD Reformer ist nicht verantwortlich für Lieferverzögerungen, die durch Royal Mail und DPD oder andere Dritte verursacht werden. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns jedoch, wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung nicht innerhalb von 7 Werktagen erhalten.

STUDIO Reformer Delivery 

Every STUDIO Reformer leaves us secured in a bespoke wooden crate, engineered not as packaging, but as protection worthy of the equipment inside. It's a small detail you'll only notice for a moment, but it's how we ensure your Reformer arrives exactly as it left us: flawless, considered, and ready for years of practice.

Because of its size and non-folding design, your STUDIÔ Reformer is delivered in a bespoke wooden crate. This isn't standard packaging , it's built to give the scale of the product and its premium real-wood frame maximum protection in transit, so it reaches you exactly as it left us.

Our delivery team will always aim to place your Reformer in the room of your choice. Please note that due to the size and weight of the crate, this isn't guaranteed, in some cases, delivery may be completed at your doorstep.

Within the past 12 months alone, we've planted over 18,500 trees in Kenya....and we're not stopping there, we’ve planted 5 trees for every FOLD Reformer order, including yours! SHIPPING

Retail orders are shipped by Royal Mail delivery within 1-3 business days of purchase. 

Shipping costs are as follows:

  • 48-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £3.99
  • 24-Hours Royal Mail Tracked - £4.99
  • DPD Next Day Delivery - £6.99

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

FOLD Reformer is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Royal Mail and DPD or other third parties, however please get in contact if you don't receive your order within 7 working days.

  • The most accurate and up to date delivery times are displayed on the Original FOLD Reformer product page and can be found under 'add to basket'.

    Once your FOLD Reformer has been manufactured, you'll receive and email from us confirming the delivery options available to you, which include the following:

    A 2 Person delivery service to the room of your choice. Our delivery partner will contact via text and email you once your bed has arrived at the warehouse, passed quality control and is ready for delivery.

  • We understand life gets busy and could well be one of the many reasons you opted for your Original FOLD Reformer. That's why we've hand picked our delivery partners that offer full flexibility for your delivery. Once your bed is ready for delivery you'll be contacted via email and text offering you a delivery date - can't make it?

    Simply choose another date that works for you.

  • Yes, we do. This is our primary delivery service and where possible our delivery partners will deliver your FOLD Reformer to the room of your choice. Please note that basements, attics, and other hard-to-reach areas are excluded.

    If you’re seeking a little bit extra support with your delivery why not upgrade to our paid for 2-Person Delivery Plus service, where our team will unbox your bed in your desired location within your home and will then remove and dispose of all packaging.

  • 2-Person Delivery Service:
    • Delivery to the room of your choice. Maximum of 3 flights of stairs
    • Excludes basements, attics, and hard-to-reach areas

    2-Person Delivery Service Plus:
    • Includes all standard 2-person delivery features
    • Unboxing service
    • Packaging removal
    • Placement in desired location

  • Once your stock is allocated Rhenus Home Delivery will contact you by SMS giving you a list of delivery options. One day prior to your delivery Rhenus will share a 3 hours window and on the day of the delivery you will be called to notify they are 30 minutes away.

  • FOLD partners with Ecodrive to support global reforestation efforts. We've planted over 12,500 trees in Kenya in the past 12 months, and we plant 5 trees for every FOLD Reformer ordered.

  • When returning accessories or socks, use the first 4 digits of your FOLD order number as your return code. For example, if your order number is FOLD782391, your return code would be 7823.
